  • 1 serving of dotFIT Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (we did raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, & strawberries)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other liquid if choice)
  • dash of cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. You can add more or less liquid depending on desired consistency.
 
Extra tip: We added some frozen kale/spinach for added veggies!
