  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 serving of dotFIT Protein Powder - Vanilla
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • desired amount of chocolate chips
Directions
 
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a personal sized oven-safe dish with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients into a blender (except for your chocolate chips or other toppings) and blend until well-combined and smooth (~ 1 minute)
Pour batter into the greased oven-safe dish and add or mix in chocolate chips (or any other desired toppings). Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a couple crumbs. Take out of oven and allow to cool for some time and enjoy!
 
*You can adjust ingredients based on desired consistency and sweetness
