  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  •  1 1/2 scoops Vanilla WheySmooth Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup light Brown Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Light Butter
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
  1. Preheat an oven to 350F and spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment baking cups
  2. Mix the egg, butter, apple sauce, vanilla, and brown sugar together until smooth.
  3. Mix the protein powder, flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour/scoop the muffin batter to the muffin molds
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
Pro Tip: Add a cinnamon sugar combo to the top before baking for a topping
