1 cup water
1 whole banana
1/2 cup blueberries
6-8 strawberries
1/2 med avocado (optional)
1 full scoop of
dotFIT WheySmooth - Chocolate
1 full scoop of
dotFIT WheySmooth - Vanilla
Directions
Blend ice, water, & fruit. Add both scoops of dotFIT WheySmooth powders. Blend until desired consistency.
