Banana Berry Protein Popsicles
Recipe
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
• 1 cup milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
• 2 scoops
Vanilla WheySmooth protein powder
• 1/2 cup of Mixed Berries (whichever you prefer)
Directions
Add ingredients (Minus Berries) into blender:
Greek Yogurt
banana (frozen or not)
Milk (you can use almond milk, oatmilk- whatever fits your need)
Protein Powder
Blend your ingredients and pour into molds and add your favorite berries! We used blueberries and strawberries!
Place protein popsicles in freezer for about 50 minutes to let them stiffen. Enjoy!
