The Women’s MV and the Super Calcium are both separate tablets* and therefore you would ingest them 1 at a time with a fluid/water after you complete your meal. There is no calcium in the Women’s MV, therefore if your diet does not contain enough calcium (~1000/day) then you would add the separate calcium supplement.

*If calcium is needed, based on diet, the amount necessary would not fit into a complete multivitamin and mineral (CMVM) tablet and therefore must be ingested in a separate formula that should also complement the CMVM as the Super Calcium does. Additionally, while we believe virtually everyone should take a daily CMVM for an entire lifespan, not everyone needs a calcium supplement.
